About Florella Pavillon

Creative Director of Adelph

Florella grew up amongst the made-to-measure scenery. Encouraged by her Mother, who is a Couturière in Mauritius, she learnt how to sew at the very young age of 4.

Her passion for sewing is what directed Florella to unfold her interest for Haute Couture.

She had spent three years in the Clothing Manufacturing industry, before she decided to move to Melbourne for further studies into what really beholds her heart.

“Not only had my course at RMIT cemented my vision of Fashion while growing up, but also constructed me to master the One on One service to Bespoke couture”.

When asked about her favourite garment, Florella recalls the look and feels of her white Jacquard outfit made by her Mother when she was 12; “Versatile and comfortable, that’s what I aim, for myself and for my clients”

Florella is a passionate Designer/Couturière who also strives for an ethical and sustainable industry.
